An enterprise architecture tool (EA tool) with a shared EDGY model repository for the different stakeholder and expert groups in your organisation. Views for different needs all come from the same repository.

How it works

One model, many views.

Diagrams, tables and analyses all come from the same model, and each one takes you straight to its elements. Change something once, and the change shows everywhere.

Import

Start from what you already have. Tables (Excel, CSV), models and draw.io diagrams become EDGY elements and relationships.

Model

In EDGY modelling, the model uses EDGY's elements and two relationships, Link and Flow. Specialisations refine elements without adding new rules.

See

Visualisation comes from the model: diagrams, tables and analyses are computed from it. When the model changes, the views follow.

EDGY is an open design language from Intersection Group that describes business, architecture and experience in one language. ED Interplay Tool uses only EDGY elements and their specialisations.

In Lite, your model stays with you.

Lite does all its work in the browser. Nothing is sent to a server, which makes it suitable for organisations that review security carefully.

Imports, edits and diagrams are processed on your own computer.

No analytics, cookies or third-party services.

Self-hosting

Lite is a static site you can run on your organisation's own server.

Eero Hosiaisluoma is an experienced business developer. He has extended EDGY, developed by Intersection Group, with his own frameworks such as Enterprise Wheel, Enterprise Flow and the Operational Development Map.

ED Interplay Tool is designed, developed and tested systematically, and every release ships only after an extensive automated test suite has passed in full.
